The Hillsborough Beef Expo is put on by the Hillsborough Cattlemen's Foundation, a Florida 501c3. The Hillsborough Beef Expo was created in 2020, with the first event held November 4 - 6, 2021 at the Florida State Fairgrounds. The mission of the Hillsborough Cattlemen's Foundation is "Protecting our heritage through education and investment in our youth"
